Do you have everything in stock?
We do not maintain all products in inventory. In order to offer our guests the largest selection and the best prices we maintain a large inventory of popular items. If a product is new or is not as frequently purchased we may not yet have it in our inventory. If you place an order for a product that is not currently in stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible with an estimated time frame for delivery. If you would like to check the stock of an item before you place an order, we welcome you to use the form on this site to contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible to your request. If we have an item in stock it will usually ship the same day. If it is not in stock it will usually ship in about a week.
Can you get items I don't see on our site?
Absolutely! Use the form on this site to contact our customer service department regarding the item you are looking for and we will do our best to source the item for you. Please provide as much information on the product as you have easily available to ensure that we find the correct product in as little time as is possible.
